The 2003-2004 television season was one in which critics and fans expressed their growing outrage at the decay of standards in commercial television. On the one hand, the WB decided to assassinate the critically acclaimed ANGEL despite an unprecedented fan disaster to achieve the note. A growing stream of increasingly offensive reality shows made many wonder if there was any future for scripted television, or whether we were doomed to gaze shows like the widely condemned THE SWAN. But for many, the grievous point of the entire season was the cancellation by FOX of the fantastic unusual exhibit WONDERFALLS after only four episodes, despite a host of gargantuan reviews, many of them proclaiming it the finest fresh demonstrate of the year. More than this, it was as if FOX were obvious for the display to fail, first placing it on Friday evenings (the worst night of the week for attracting viewers) for three weeks, before putting it on Thursday night opposite a host of the most celebrated shows on TV, therefore dooming it to coarse ratings. With the tremendous reviews, one would have imagined that FOX would have found the indicate a novel time slot and built an advertising and promotional campaign around the critics’ ravings.

Luckily, WONDERFALLS is being released with the four fresh episodes and nine more that were completed but not released. The big news for those who saw those first four shows is that the next nine are even better. Indeed, if you were excited at the cancellation of the expose based solely on those four episodes, you will go ballistic when you study how estimable these others are. The writers were obviously in defense mode from the first. One of the executive producers, Tim Minear, had been victimized the previous year when he served as executive producer of FIREFLY, which FOX similarly killed prematurely. This time, they assumed that the thirteen episodes might be all they got. As a result, WONDERFALLS is essentially a single self-contained epic in thirteen parts. It could easily have led to a second season with original account lines, but the one season they did make tells a single memoir, with no major loose ends at all by the waste of the final one.

As most who have heard of the reveal know, WONDERFALLS is the sage of Jaye, a slacker living in Niagara Falls, NY (though most of the footage at the Falls is from the Canadian side) and working in a menial job in a souvenir gift shop. Her life is mundane and unpromising, when suddenly one day inanimate animals open talking to her. A lot of people who hear this aspect of the note are turned off, but trust me, it really won’t be an swear for long for anyone who gives the exhibit a chance. We never do learn why the animals talk to Jaye (though in one spectacular episode a bronze monkey, in response to her examine of why they are all singling her out, tells her, “Because you listen”) . In one episode advance the slay of the season there are hints that Jaye might actually be a spirit seer, and if so it is highly satirical that in American consumer society that she would be addressed by artificial, utterly counterfeit animals instead of the actual animals that Native American seers acknowledged as spirit guides.

The animals don’t really give Jaye grand choice in the matter of whether she is going to notice their commands. She learns very speedily that if she doesn’t do their bidding, they will drive her crazy by such stratagems as singing endlessly “One Hundred Bottles of Beer On the Wall.” She also learns that if she refuses to do their bidding, things can go very abominable very mercurial, and that if she does things can go miraculously legal. For instance, she is commanded to do a number of things through consecutive episodes that apparently kill a potential relationship with Eric, the young bartender who came to Niagara on his honeymoon, only to have his wife (played by FIREFLY alum Jewel Staite, as unlovable in this role as she was adorable as Kaylee in that present) cheat on him their first night there. Eric seems perfect for the prickly Jaye, but the animals don’t seem to want to cooperate. I won’t give away the destroy of the series, but I deem the final episodes raze about as perfectly as one could hope. After thirteen episodes in which Jaye has functioned as a pawn of fate, seeing her finally a petite tickled and dispute is a incredible moment.

The cast is absolutely first rate, and by the kill of the series all invent a ample contribution. Caroline Dhavernas is really magnificent as Jaye. She is not supposed to be a pleasant or lovable or nice person. She definitely isn’t a saint. As she puts it in one episode, in which she inadvertently saves a baby from injury, “I’m not a baby saver!” She ends up being a top-notch person despite her maintain best efforts to the contrary. Tyron Leitso is enormously likable as Eric, who seems to be procedure too nice of a guy to be keen with a brat like Jaye. But the chemistry between Jaye and Eric is stout, especially as their relationship gets enormously complicated by life (and inanimate animals) later in the season. At first I was troubled that Jaye’s family was going to play such a prominent role in the series, but all the performers were so exceptional that it ended up being one of the show’s greatest assets. William Sandler as her doctor father, Diane Scarwid as her author mother, and Kate Finneran as her lawyer sister (all three highly successful in their jobs) were astronomical and succor to emphasize how unsuccessful in life Jaye has been.. And I really liked Lee Trip as her brother Aaron, a doctoral student in religion who is the first to fetch on that Jaye has an unique relationship with the powers that be via untrue animals (something he first suspects when he catches her talking to a cow coffee creamer) . And Tracie Thomas is quite cute as Mahandra, Jaye’s best friend and the surreptitious lover of Aaron (a fact only revealed to the other characters only in the final episode) .

This is one of my approved series of all time, and while I profoundly regret that FOX didn’t give it a chance, I am grateful that the producers managed to sigh a shimmering and compelling yarn. And I loved the setting in Niagara Falls. It was one of those rare shows where very nearly everything was perfect, except that it appeared on a network hasten by the mentally challenged. Discover this! I promise one of the most tantalizing experiences of your viewing life.

“Wonderfalls” was one of those outstanding cult shows that burn gleaming and briefly — it lasted only four episodes before being yanked, with nine more as yet unaired. Now fans of this cult explain are rewarded with the elephantine series, in all its witty, quirky glory.

Twentysomething Jaye Tyler (Caroline Dhavernas) is an underachieving slacker. She has a philosophy degree from Brown University, but now works as a shopgirl at Niagara Falls and lives in a trailer. Needless to say, her ultra-successful family finds this galling and disturbing, even though they themselves are far from perfect — her sister Sharon (Katie Finneran) is a lesbian, her parents are splitting, and her brother is honest a weirdo.

Then weirder things happen to Jaye. Suddenly toys are talking to her, and prompting her to succor the people around her — returning purses, dealing with ghosts, helping an archaic enemy from high school, and deal with a long-dead Indian girl. Following the instructions of her “muses,” Jaye begins to learn a few things about other people, and the quality of kindness.

It’s an original view for a TV expose — an embittered young woman hears “muses” talking to her, including a stuffed lizard, lawn flamingos and a brass monkey. Most people would fair check themselves into a padded cell, but that doesn’t do for scintillating TV watching. So instead, it becomes a deeply warped inspirational series.

What sets it apart from other series is the surreal touch and contemptible sense of humor. It’s never made certain why Jaye hears toys and bookends talking cryptically to her — is it God? Aliens? Her have mind? Pantheistic souls in everything? Nothing is made specific, which makes it all the weirder and more inspiring — especially since the toys give her advice even when she doesn’t want it.

And the humor can be beyond odd, but is always humorous, such as Jaye arguing with a cow creamer (shades of P.G. Wodehouse? ) that she doesn’t want a pancake. Another example is a solemn, intense moment after she scatters a deceased person’s ashes…. and promptly gets fined for littering. The dialogue is witty and well-written — not in a laugh track arrangement, but in a smile-and-chuckle-softly intention.

Caroline Dhavernas does a phenomenal job as Jaye. She narrowly avoids the short-tempered teen/twentysomething cliche, making Jaye’s dissatisfaction with her family and life seem realistic. She can be sinful and incisive and angsty, but can also be sweet and even vulnerable. The supporting cast, such as nice-guy bartender Eric (Tyron Leitso) and Jaye’s bizarro overachiever family, are surprisingly well-rounded for such quirky characters.

“Wonderfalls” is destined to remain a cult hit — stunning, peculiar and thoroughly unique. It didn’t last long, but now everyone can delight in what there was of it. Absolutely wonder-fall.

Porsche 968

October 4th, 2010

Porsche 968 is basically the successor of the Porsche 944.It includes a low nose and wide wheel arches that helps accentuating the beautiful lines of this classic shape that in a Porsche Guards Red can be a real head turner. It has also the classic GT front engine, rear wheel drive layout using the additional benefit of a rear transaxle giving nearly ideal weight distribution.

Instead of the hidden headlights in the 944, the 968 has visible pop up headlights, similar to the Porsche 928. Chevy center caps This brings the appear with the car or truck in line while using new Porsche 997-911. This change has also a practical advantage: the headlights might be washeda long while using the rest with the car instead of having to pop them up towash them.

As for the interior, it remains exactly the same as produced in the 944, keeping the famous ‘oval dash’. The designers applied the same robust materials which have provided all Porsche owners several years of trouble free motoring.

The exterior includes a few differences: the door mirrors have been streamlined with the tear drop effect and the wheels have 5 spoke Cup design alloys. The rear bumper is far more blended and with integral rear light clusters, making it almost indistinguishable within the physique function. All these body work changes made the 968 appear a great deal like the 928, and extra the engine heritage, some individuals have referred to it as ‘the daughter of 928′.

The motor is usually a version of the one initial utilized within the 944 S2: it is a4 cylinder, 3 liter, 16 valve unit. And they extra VarioCam for optimum power throughout the speed range. It has 240 HPat 6200 rpm and a torque of 305 Nm at 4100 rpm, provided by the improved combustion chamber and inlet manifold design. At the time of production, it was a remarkable motor, having the highest displacement per cylinder of any auto motor and also the highest torque output of any unblown 3 liter engine. Clearly, the result of Porsches investment in this motor paid off.

The rear-mounted gearbox is really a 6-speed manual or 4 speed tiptronic. It is the initial ever mounted on a production automobile. The chassis has nearly excellent weight distribution and very stiff characteristics.

Usually, most cars start to fail when it comes to breaks as well as the reason is that it doesn’t matter how fast the vehicle is in a straight line if you can’t take a bend (turn) at the appropriate safe speed. But Porsche brakes have often been the envy of most road sports car or truck manufacturers. You will notice little or no or no discernable fatigue even under harsh use of Porsche 968. ABS adds even additional safety towards the already superb braking system. Also, what makes the brakes so efficient is that the wheels themselves are designed to prevent the tire from coming off the rim inside the event of a sudden pressure loss.

My four year-old loves this well-done lively version of Roald Dahl’s BFG book. She enjoys the animation (with a grand, pleasingly spooky beginning, though not too scary) as well as the legend itself.

The Mountainous Righteous Giant visits children’s windows each night and sends them sterling dreams; his other job is to secure the unpleasant dreams out there and bottle them up so they don’t frighten children, as well as prevent the wrong giants from eating children! A lonely girl, Sophie, is one day whisked away from here tiring, orphange by the BFG to encourage him with his task. Thereafter the location thickens and in the extinguish the two must enlist the encourage of the Queen of England to beget all well again.

This is a fantastic indicate. Made in the UK, the only incompatibility I can scrutinize from the usual Disney fodder is that Tall Salubrious Giant is not nearly as loud, yet it captivated my child throughout, the songs sent her into peals of laughter. As far as I can bid this tape has not been dubbed or the voices altered in any contrivance for the American market (a la Bob the Builder, Brambly Hedge, etc.)

I also recommend (based on my child’s response) : William’s Wish Wellingtons, Noddy, Musty Believe Stories, Rupert and the Runaway Dragon, Postman Pat, Brum and the Baby Carriage, The Secret of Roan Inish, The Borrowers, Thomas the Tank Engine, the Princess and the Goblin.

This is an provocative version of the children’s anecdote “The Great Apt Giant” by Roald Dahl. While ostensibly a childrens yarn, it contains grand that will maintain mothers and fathers watching as well.

As befits a children’s myth, the region is simple and convey. A miniature girl, Sophie, is kidnapped by a trustworthy giant when she catches him at his work delivering dreams. She discovers many things about giants and their world including the fact that there are also some very abominable giants who want to eat people.

Eventually, Sophie and the Immense Beneficial Giant enlist the befriend of the Queen of England and they status out to gain the abominable giants.

Children as young as four years passe will bask in this film. They may be limited shy but it’s not so abominable as to give them nightmares. The film will also appeal to older children too as the chronicle, while simple in it’s barest beget, contains enough detail and wit to fill interest.

Also, children will fetch a lot to talk about in the film and, if parents remove the new modern, they have something to read to, or with their child.

Sometimes, children gaze a film over and over until it is old-fashioned out. In this case, be warned, they may see this one so considerable that they wear out the player!

The marriage turns out not to be suitable, Peter goes relieve to Maggie and marries her, and then disappears in the South American jungle while on an aviation expedition for the government. Season 7 takes situation after the drool-worthy ending to the Cell games in which Gohan obliterates Cell with his one-handed Kamehameha wave.

Now a few years later Gohan is ready to begin High School which means no more home school from Chi Chi.

However, directly before this Goku takes piece in a filler martial arts tournament from beyond the grave and we fetch to peer Frieza, King Cool, The Ginyu Force and even Cell again one more time. The final battle of the tournament is Goku (duh) vs. Pikkon under supervision of the Gargantuan Kai. This piece honestly has nothing to do with the overall status of the series and was unbiased a filler portion before the next arc starts.

Back to Gohan (and the genuine record) . Gohan is on his plot to school, sees a robbery, and transforms to a SSJ to beat his enemies in a flash.

Now the whole town is going on about the “Gold Fighter”. So, in order to way attention from his novel superhero Gohan creates another superhero with a disguise so people won’t know its him. He creates probably the most godawful yet neat hilarious costume and character. He calls himself the “Expansive Saiyaman” and does limited dances to intimidate the enemy.

If somebody who has never watched DBZ sees these episodes as their introduction into the series they probably would turn away immediately, but hold me this fraction is not THAT dreadful. I would honestly rather notice this piece of the series 5 times in a row than sit through GT again.

Gohan goes to meet Videl, daughter of Hercule, at school and befriends her. She eventually discovers his apt identity and in order to prevent blackmail Gohan teaches her how to wing. Goten and Trunks also accomplish SSJ while training.

Season 7 might dwell into the World Martial Arts Tournament that takes location next, but probably not very far if it does. Basically mid map through the tournament is when the next Saga starts and we learn of the unique deadly threat to the world. Majin Buu.

Season 7 is an famous portion of the DBZ collection seeing as how it ties the kill of the Cell Saga and beginning of the Buu saga together. The episodes may be most non-serious of the series, but they are there for a reason.

If you’ve been collecting from Season One be obvious to seize up your copy when its released.

This isn’t supposed to be released until next week as of my writing this but i stumbled across a copy that must have shipped early and made it to the shelves at my local walmart earlier tonight. I was one of the guys who grew into their adolescence watching this expose and it filled the void that pokemon left when it became considered to juvenile after sixth grade.

This season contains the following 25 episodes:

195 Warriors of the Dead- Goku meets Stout Kai and runs into Cell & Frieza Again

196 Tournament Begins- Goku enters another world tournament

197 Water Fight- Other World Tournament plays out, quarter finals

198 Final Round- Other world tournament heats up, final round begins

200 Goku vs. Pikkon- Other world tournament ends, will Goku or Pikkon accumulate

201 Gohan Goes to High School- 7 years after cell, Teen Gohan goes to high school

202 I Am Saiyaman- Gohan becomes a dapper hero

203 Gohan’s First Date- Gohan is blackmailed into a date

204 Rescue Videl- Gohan must…rescue videl

205 Blackmail- Gohan is blackmailed into world tournament by Videl

206 I’ll Fight Too!- Other Z fighters want in on world tournament

207 The Newest Clean Saiyan- Trunks and Goten have secrets, Videl meets Chi-Chi

208 Steal Flight, Videl- Gohan teaches Videl and Goten to wing

209 Score for the Tournament- Everyone meets at the tournament, some venerable friends finally reunite

210 Camera Shy- Everyone is at tournament, prelims launch

211 The World Tournament- The world tournament junior division begins

212 Trunks .vs. Goten- World tournament juniors continue

213 Best of the Boys- Who will catch Goten or Trunks?

214 Spacious Pains, Shrimp Trunks- Trunks fights Mr. Satan/Hercule, Goku is confronted by mystery men

215 Who Will Fight Who? – The essential fighting order is decided, and manipulated

216 Forfeit of Piccolo- Everyone is paralyzed when Piccolo forfeits, what could be his reason?

217 A Murky and Secret Power- Videl fights a man stronger than expected

218 Videl is Crushed- Her opponent prolongs the match totorture Videl

219 Identities Revealed- Gohan takes the ring but blows his disguise

220 Energy Drain- Two mystery men have a surprise for Gohan which will lead us towards the Babadi, Majin Buu saga.

These episodes are mostly considered filler that lead into the final major villain of Dragon Ball Z and all the Majin Buu saga’s. I however delight in seeing Gohan impartial be Gohan for a bit before getting relieve into the action and the first few episodes are Goku entering a tournament in the after life which are at the least intelligent if not a divulge of what we’ve already seen. I remember liking how they assume Videl’s character from someone i didn’t like at all and made her likeable as episodes went on with the interaction between she and Gohan, it reminds me of Dragon Ball’s earlier episodes and Chi-Chi being reintroduced towards the extinguish.

I personally be pleased these episodes but by far my popular season will always be the cell games saga, maybe because of the time of my life they aired (i was the same age Gohan is at) or the subject’s they covered and area’s they ventured, they will always be my accepted and the sixth season station was the best out of all of them as far as the episodes go. it may be that after that season I began feeling too weak for DBZ but I liked where that saga left off on a high point and in a suitable station.

However, I secure the whole series delightful and these episodes are no different, actually I’m finding myself enjoying them now almost more than when they originally aired because the aniticipation that faded to end with me during episodes to contemplate where they were going and when and what the next battle would be is gone now and i can actually pay attention to the slower parts focusing on other areas besides the fighting.

The box and station itself is the same as always with the booklet and obviously the controversial cropped image. The cropping doesn’t bother me powerful and never has and after buying all the sets so far in I don’t watch a reason to rob them again without the cropping because for me it won’t construct that grand a dissimilarity. I hope for some of you that it does matter that someday they release these in fresh format but they are more than salubrious enough for me. Some shots you inspect the cropping but admtittedly it does produce others more cinematic or enhanced.

I always devour the preview of the next saga’s on the last disc and hopefully the next season will arrive out as posthaste as this one did so we can execute up this series and I can relive all my childhood memories before I salvage too archaic.

The two comments about this being a prick version are misleading. This is the complete theatrical version as released at 238 minutes. There WERE various crop versions that the producers released without the director’s approval, but this is not one of them. It’s the version Visconti sanctioned to be released at the time. To philosophize of the only version grand of release as being a 6 hour version is certainly a bit improper. Would you refer to the common theatrical release of Bergman’s Fanny and Alexander as sever?

I’m so delighted this film finally has been re-released in the American market.

The scope, cinematography, and character development is pleasurable. The slack deterioration and dethronement of Ludwig is very well represented.

The ask as to whether Ludwig is a genius or a madman- or a combination of both- is handled sensitively and intelligently. The portrayal of his enduring admire of his cousin (Romy Schneider in one of her finest and most controversial roles) is genuine, as is the portrayal

of the wily genius, Richard Wagner, by Trevor Howard, Ludwig, played adroitly by Helmet Berger. is victimized by a lack of royal mentoring and the very favorite inbreeding that often afflicted European royalty. All in all, the historical representation is enlightening as exemplified by the backdrop of Bismark’s consolidation of the disparate German kingdoms into unique Germany in 1870. I was ALSO impressed by the representations of Ludwig’s castle without rooms, and his underground grotto with swan boots in a spring. The film gets lovely bizarre at times, and the ending in particularly puzzling and strangely justified.

I’ve seen this four times and each time I procure something modern and piquant. On the other hand, the film is long with subtitles which may turn off mighty of the American audience. I feel this movie is most like another Visconti masterpiece “The Leopard.” which also depicts the

demise of the preeminence of European monarchies in the nineteenth century. Also the obsessive homoerotic element is reminiscent of Visconti’s

adaptation of Thomas Mann’s “Death in Venice. For someone who loves first rate European “art films;” Ludwig is a dependable boon!

What a incredible movie. Who could ask for more, with a cast including Cary Grant and Robert Mitchum? Not to mention a duel, a missing mink coat, mushrooms, British manors and fishing?

A unbelievable romance, that shows how fate and middle age can reach together and fabricate havoc on the seemingly satisfied, if not a bit stupid, life of a settled English couple, whose big country estate doubles as a tourist atrraction to abet itself. (with lots of American tourists who leave apple cores and sticky bits of paper all over the grounds!)

To obtain ends meet, the wife also happens to urge a thriving mushroom growing business in the cellar! (phew that was a long sentence!)

Buy,Download, Or Stream The Grass Is Greener! Click Here

Robert Mitchum is one of these camera toting tourist who “mistakenly” wanders into the private part of the house, finding Lady Rile and the sparks sail!

It’s a charming feeble adult romantic farce, that’s not too far fetched.

I recently caught this movie on cable and had to add it to my collection. Everyone in this film is intelligent, Deborah Kerr, Cary Grant, Robert Mitchum and Jean Simmons. While touring a mansion Mitchum’s character meets up with Kerr’s and sparks waft. Recognize how the always suave and debonair Cary Grant catches on to their attraction and how hard he tried to set their marriage. Jean Simmons is hilarious as Kerr’s ditzy best friend. A bit soap-opera-ish at times but worth the peril of watching the epic unfold. It also beats anything that is out there among the fresh chop of movies. They positive don’t effect ‘em like this anymore, nor is there anyone this talented in showbiz anymore!

Animation Historian and self-proclaimed Famed Studios fan Jerry Beck posted this on his pleasant Cartoon Brew web site:

“Sony Wonder has objective released a boxed place called Harveytoons: The Complete Collection. ‘Harveytoons’ was the generic name affixed to the 1950s Paramount/Famous Studio cartoons (featuring Casper, Baby Huey, Herman and Katnip, Limited Audrey, Buzzy, etc.) when they were originally syndicated to television assist in the 1960s, after Harvey Comics acquired the TV and non-theatrical rights to the library. Classic Media owns the collection today and authorized this original position. I haven’t had time to review the whole residence, but what we have here are 52 episodes of THE HARVEYTOONS Explain, a program I formatted for Harvey Entertainment and Fox Kids abet in 1998. Unfortunately, this status does NOT constitute ‘the complete collection’ under any condition. For a variety of reasons we did not incorporate the entire Harveytoon library into the unusual series. Definite cartoons (particularly the Veil Songs) are edited. The fact that their were 78 episodes should tip you off just there. Here’s the list of the current Fox Kids series. Sadly the contents of the DVD residence doesn’t even match up to this list (for example, episode 52 on the DVD is actually #53 of the series) .

“Oh, how I wish someone from Classic Media had consulted with me. For one, I would have made clear to include distinct cartoons (like the politically unsuitable Chew Chew Baby) and it would have been fun to form some bonus materials. The capable news is that the cartoons recognize nice and dapper, the cult classic La Tiny Parade is included (episode #40 on the DVD) and they’ve restored the novel Jackson Beck vocal tracks to Buzzy The Crow.”

First of all…this is NOT the complete collection. Secondly, the cartoons are butted together with hardly time for one to slay before the next one begins. And lastly, there is no booklet, no listing, no menu of any kind on the DVD itself.

Very shoddy package of some very ravishing cartoons and characters. I disfavor to sound like an old-timer…but why do most people not care anymore about what they fabricate? How could you price you name or be fragment of a team that worked on this very mediocre (at best) packaging, and stagger out of work with any sense of pride?

Dramatic, I know, but fight the run to be any piece of mediocrity. Be proud to notice your name to anything you invent. No one should be proud of being any fragment of this packaging.

Look for Season 4 and 5 to reach out within the next year!!

Turn on your TV. See the same formulaic comedies day after day on the networks. Gawk your intelligence quotient initiate its downward spiral. Stupefied? Ok, now turn on Scrubs. Every so often a indicate comes along that breaks the network formula, and brings a richness to a genre that is sorely lacking in originality. Scrubs is that present, and has been for several years running.

Scrubs zigzag me with the very first episode I ever saw. At first I was skeptical. Five minutes in, it hit me. This demonstrate was actually brilliant; Smart, quirky, and sometimes wacky humor coupled with precise drama and tearful emotion and writing that continues to amaze week after week. At that moment, Scrubs inherited the void left by Seinfeld’s departure as TVs best comedy.

Season 3 builds on the success of the first 2 seasons by slightly tweaking the formula to maximize each episode. There is less slapstick and more emotion, making the characters deeper and ultimately more inviting. JD and Eliot’s on again-off again relationship plays a central role this season, with the two doctors having to originate dependable choices about their feelings for one another. Carla and Turk go towards the gargantuan step of marraige, and Dr. Cox has to approach to terms with the reponsibilities of fatherhood. The trademark offbeat humor remains and actually improves over Seasons 1 and 2. Zach Braff, Donald Faison, and Sarah Chalke shine as JD, Turk, and Elliot, but the loyal highlight of the explain continues to be John C. McGinley’s Dr. Perry Cox. Kelso, Jordan, and Carla play their sidekick roles with gusto, each adding their special designate of humor, and of course, Neil Flynn as the fantastically offbeat Janitor.

Season 3 also has more astounding guest stars. Scott Foley (Felicity) reappears as Elliot’s cherish interest, Sean, Tom Cavanaugh (Ed) returns as JD’s brother Dan, Tara Reid( American Pie) has a multi-episode arc as a JD treasure interest, Brendan Frasier (Blast from the Past) returns from Season 1, and Freddy Rodriguez(6 Feet Under), Christopher Meloni(Law and Order), Barry Bostwick(Slip City), and Michael J. Fox(Sprint City) also achieve in ample appearances. Like Seasons 1 and 2, this DVD site is a solid winner, with tons of extras unbiased like in the first two season sets. It’s worth every penny. Highly Recommended.

For those who owned the film on VHS – this is the unusual version with narration by David Attenborough and Cynthia Moss. The film is wonderfully filmed in Amboseli. Echo and Eli are of course in the centre most of the time, while some of the shots prove Cynthia with Kili in the background. Very nicely done. The yarn is very fascinating and the narration by DA and CM is simply tall. A loyal must for anybody in worship with African wildlife and elephants in particular. Even better – go to Amboseli and do as Cynthia, park your 4WD in the middle of one of the herds in the swamps and turn off your engine and unbiased sit on the roof and listen and gawk. Bask In.
